It has been learnt, that there has been an acquisition of AMN Healthcare Services, Inc., the largest healthcare staffing company of the United States of America and Pharmacy Choice, Inc., one of the most prominent providers of pharmacy staffing, workforce technology solutions, and on-line educational services for hospital-based and retail pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies in the recent days. It has come to the knowledge in this respect that the total cash consideration of up to $17.3 million is consisted of an early purchase payment and potential additional earn-out payments through 2009. However there is an expectation on the part of the company and that is to finance the acquisition using cash on hand.
